Hela Clothing

Hela Clothing is a British owned apparel manufacturing group operating in Sri Lanka for over two decades. Manufacturing in excess of over 100 million units of apparel annually through 16 manufacturing, printing and embroidery plants across Sri Lanka, Hela employs over 8,000 people and is a supplier of clothing and accessories to many of the world’s top retailers such as Superdry, Calvin Klein, LEVI’S, George, TESCO, Bhs, H&M.
Camso Loadstar
Location – Midigama
Increase in meals – 3500+
Camso, combines the best of Camoplast and Solideal, bringing together expertise, vision and beliefs creating a world class brand manufacturer and service provider of performance products to meet all your off the road vehicle needs. As an individual entity Camso Loadstar contributes to 3% percent of country’s total foreign income and it purchases over 70% of the total rubber production in Sri Lanka. Its main production is aligned under four main product lines:
- Air Tyres
- Solid Tyres
- Rubber Tracks
- Rim and Wheels
Their productions are exported to over 90 countries, distributed among Europe, North & South America and Africa using more than 150 sales centers.
Ansell Lanka
Location – Biyagama

Ansell is a global leader in protection solutions. Ansell designs, develops and manufactures a wide range of high performance, multi use protection solutions specific for hand, foot and body protection for a wide range of industrial applications.
Ansell Lanka is situated in the free trade zone at Biyagama and is the largest Australian direct investment in the manufacturing sector in Sri Lanka.
Colombo International Container Terminal
Location – Colombo Port
Increase in meals – 700+
CICT is a joint venture company between China Merchants Company Port Holdings Company Ltd (listed blue chip company) and the Sri Lanka Ports Authority.
They are equipped with the latest design ship to shore quay cranes with a 70 metre outreach, supported with cutting edge IT facilities. At present, CICT is the only South Asia’s terminal that provide a state of the art facility, equipped to handle the largest vessel’s afloat.
